I came across a blog in which it was stated that till date, the author had not come across an Urdu word for 'orgasm'. I humbly propose 'two' equivalents - indicating the diversity of Urdu.
Female Orgasm - 'Intaha e Seher'.
Male Orgasm - 'Gharoob e Aftaab'.
