Eunuchs in Parliament

(discussion on whether eunuchs are eligible to become member of Parliament in Pakistan)

Mr. A: In the last elections the nomination papers of a Eunuch were rejected from Lahore heera mandi area (Red Light Area). If I remember correctly his/her name was Aslam KIRLA.

Mr. B: what did the Returning Officer do.. 'inspected' him/her? :p

Mr. A: By the way what difference it would have made if our PM was Shoukat Aziz or Aslam KIRLA. At least the latter would not have screwed this nation.

Mr. B: You mean in the latter's case we [as a nation] too could have had the chance?!
